Why Implementation & Onboarding is separate
Subscription and implementation solve different problems
Every organisation operates differently. Implementation & Onboarding configures your selected Poly solution around your users, permissions, knowledge and business requirements before go-live.
Subscription fees provide ongoing access to the Poly platform. Bespoke development, significant integrations and major data migration are scoped separately.
